Matt's focus at Novel is on branding and strategy development. His background is in IT and Business Management. He and his wife try to find every way possible to stay active; running, biking, camping, golfing, and playing soccer to name a few favorites.

Nick is the creative mind at Novel, but he is also a certified accountant. When he's not sketching something new or punching numbers into a spreadsheet, he's either playing basketball or watching it. He is married with 2 kids and 2 dogs, which keeps him busy.
